It's so cute! I especially adore the pockets. It reminds me a little of Shade's Double-Pocket Tulip Skirt, which I discovered only after they were sold out in my size. I was very disappointed that I didn't snag one for myself, and my disappointment has only increased as I've watched Elaine of clothed much look so cute in hers over and over and over. {sigh}
This skirt is 23 inches long, which is a little short for me, but you can clearly see a nice wide seam allowance at the hem -- just perfect for tailoring. You can find it online here, or click here to find a location near you.

Shade is very good about having extra seem allowances in their skirts and dresses. They are even a bit short for me sometimes (and I am 5'2") but it's lovely to have the flexibility to change the hem.
I encouraged Elaine to get that tulip skirt after I got one, and it's so fabulous! Last time I was in my local shade they still had a few, but in not in your size.
I was eyeing this skirt too. I like the blue, but I think I would get a crazy ammount of use of that pewter one!
